Well, hello there..

I haven't posted anything in a couple weeks.. I think? Well Anyway not much has been going on here.. just waiting and waiting until July comes. Real excited for that.. I'll be able to spend time with my lover and that shall be exciting. I can't wait to see what we get into out here in California. Hopefully we go explore the unexplored. Which probably has been explored.. but I've never explored it? does that even make sense? (silent awkward pause).... ok moving on. Here is what I've been up to lately ...

 

I've Been Painting here and there.. although I do have time to do it.. I must admit I have not felt inspired .

 I painted this eye in the morning today, I felt the need for "therapy" and this just seemed to work out best for me, such a relief and sense of freedom once I was finished with the eye.. I, at times, forget the talent I have and what I am capable of.

 My cousin and I went to Laguna Beach early last week, I haven't been there in a while, perhaps because its about 2 hours away from where I live, such a cute place, I cant wait to go back. We randomly asked a couple if they knew of any great spots in Laguna and they recommended this amazing resort. Totally worth the 2 minute drive haha.

 Have I mentioned how much I love boots? I fell in love with these boots a while back but the 300 dollar price tag that came along with these beauties led me to break my own heart and forget that they even existed. I come to find that Karmaloop had these on sale for a whomping 95 dollars I believe? ( numbers are not my strong point) ... So of course I felt the need to drop dat dough... no but really.. love them, they are made so sturdy and I already received compliments.... Only whore them once.. yeah... what you know about that? By the way, these are the Jeffrey Campbell Triplet Boots, Nasty gal has them in black for $300 or more... if you're interested :)

 One thing I do love about California is the music scene, man how I'm going to miss that.. Although I do live a good hour or so away from the city of angels, I still have the opportunity to see some of my favorite bands.. Unfortunately I'm planning on moving to Hawaii.. haha which probably isn't that unfortunate, but for me, the fact that I wont get to see City and Colour as well as the AMAZING Local Natives, just makes my heart break a little more.. (I mean c'mon, I just repaired it after purchasing those cute boots) .. enough with the rants.. if you live here and if you read this.. go.. just go watch them .. for me... such amazing musicians.
